DefiningIT is owned by Ben Rayner and was formed initially to provide IT consultancy with a business process slant to companies in the Service industry. Since its conception the list of services offered has expanded and a full list of these can be found on our Services page.

Before starting DefiningIT, Ben was previously an IT Manager for various medium and large sized companies both in the Consultancy and Service Industries which gave great exposure to different environments. During his time with these companies he developed his skill in understanding business processes and providing cost effective IT solutions to improve these processes. The solutions implemented were varied and used an array of different off the shelf and bespoke systems.
